Well, it was the best I could find. It involves a surprising amount of effort to get a good porn Google image search that doesn't involve kittens or something similar.

Misplaced names aside, it looks like a double-sided hose nosel and not so much a lightsaber.

What would you do with a double-ended hose nozzle?

I mean, besides have sex with it, we all know you'd do that already, what?

I had to say it or you would, and then this thread would never get out of the gutter. Gutter's no fun here, nobody's got their heart in being pervy here. That, or nobody here ever touched a girl before. I make no assumptions. (like hell I don't)

Anyway. You couldn't water two gardens at once, there's nowhere for the hose to plug into.

Meh.

It's a magical hose. You have sex with one and and water comes out the other.

I need sleep.

Terribly impractical, 'specially if you're a guy.

Maybe it's a kinda wierd pen. One with no nib. Or maybe it's retractable, and has two, in which case you could write on a paper and write on another, somewhat elevated, paper at the same time.

Yes. It isn't using canon source. I don't know the game itself, but as far as I know, you can use a Sith lightsaber there(= Saberstaff), just to make the game more exciting and make the game more sellable. Nothing made by LucasArts is canon, except for the two Encyclopedies they released(Behind the Magic, Insider's Guide). Just thnik of Rebel Assault 1 and X-wing(1992). In both games the Death Star was destroyed by NOT Luke. They both had different pre-story which led to the Battle of Yavin. Think of Rebel Assault II and Balance of Power: They both had one-one Super Star Destroyers. I hope you all know that before the Battle of Endor, mrely one Super Star Destroyer was at the service of the Empire. Then think of the stories of the other LucasArts games as well. You will slowly realize they completely contradict each other(Chandrilla at JKA, and at Rogue Squadron is a good example here) None of them are canon, LucasArts tend to do major changes in the universe just to make their games look the best they would like it.

The saddest is that some of them were 'made' canon by LucasArts, like Jedi Knight I by mentioning it in BTM. Those are only advertisements.

In my eyes, nothing by LucasArts is canon except for some areas of Behind the Magic and Insider's giude. To be honest, I don't have Insider's guide, so I cannot say how many LucasArts trashes it contains.

nah, since Solo says otherwise as they flyby. But heh.
To me, Lucasart is canon, since Lucas owns it ( heh ), and contardictions, well, that's nothing new, there's contradictory stuff in about every fictional universe, coz you just can't remember everything.
If Lucas didn't consider Jedi Knight official, and if they said otherwise, they'd have sued their ( well, his own ) ass.
SCREW CANON!

Give up on "canon". Even George Lucas can't decide on what's canon. Are the original-original-original movies canon? If so why were some things changed during the first run of Star Wars? If the re-released originals (not the special editions) were canonical, why were the special editions changed (in some cases signifigantly)? Are the special editions canonical? If the Special Editions are canonical, why did some stuff get changed for Ep1? Is that now canonical and eps4-6 not?

Sorry. There is no canon. And besides, you will not find anywhere, any source that says double-bladed sabers are sith only. You're making an assumption that its a Sith only weapon because the the entry for the lightsaber carried by a Sith uses Maul's double-bladed saber and not Dooku's.

IIRC, Exar Kun, before he turned Sith, made and used a Lightstaff. It was extremely rare that Sith ever used a Lightstaff, because it was so hard to manage and wield. Only the best could.

So, *before* Exar went sith he used a "Lightstaff", right? Wouldn't that mean that a light Jedi used the double light saber/sith saber/lightstaff/dual saber/whatever the heck you want to call it at one point? If this is the case, then doesn't that make KOTOR more... uh... kinda almost canon? I'm just speculating, not defending. I've lost all respect for Lucas anyway.

As chronicled by Common Sense + KOTOR

Why would one particular lightsaber fighting style be exclusive to the Sith? The arguement that it's only for Sith is like saying using two lightsabers is only for Jedi because we've only seen a Jedi do it... (In the movies that is.)

I haven't a clue what could I say. I belive that LucasArts products give a Sith lightsaber to the hands of the Jedi simply to produce something that temptates people to buy their games.

However, TopAce, LucasArts isn't the only StarWars outlet that shows double bladed lightsabers (lightstaffs) in use by Jedi. As previously pointed out, in Exar Kun's day, Jedi used Lightstaffs. This is in the Star Wars comic books. There's a scene near the beginning where Exar Kun is training with two other Jedi under the guidance of a Jedi Master. That Jedi Master is holding a lightstaff. This fight is also the first time you ever see any Star Wars character use two lightsabers simultaneously (Exar Kun gets angry at one of the other jedi, disarms her, and uses her saber and his own against the other student. The master intervenes).

I really doubt being able to use a double lightsaber as a lightsider would be cause enough for anyone to buy a game. Besides, like I said, why can't they do it just because they want to? Make things different.
