Hmm... needs an invisible main hull that encompasses the whole thing.  Bounding ATM is a little strange.  Otherwise, cool.

Oh, and the Ringworld would have to be a custom background, not just a model.  That thing would encircle the star it's centered around.

There is an after burner limit methinks cause my fighter can only get up to 300ms from hacking, unless the rate us limted by normal speed?

I'd disagree, but there is the trouble of the ~8000 distance to target on the HUD.  Interesting...
