yeah, perhaps a decommisioned class destroyer that is in use by civilians/mercs as either a destroyer, base of operations or a big cargo ship with fighter cover.

*i assume companies will have some firepower of their own in that time.

it looks great, bit lowtech, but that's not a bad thing.

Ditto. My real p is with the T section, but  think losing all the fins and keeping just the "stocky" rest would make it loo like a nice, beefy ship. But that's all about tastes, I suppose.

It's probably just me but, that rear tower makes it look more like a cargo ship to me. How about lowering it a little?
Don't think of it as being outnumbered. Think of it as having a wide target selection !

The new model reminds me a lot of some of the 158th stuff, though the Texs change that a fair bit, obviously.

Neato.  

I'd suggest decreasing the reps on the light textures a bit, tho - i it makes the repeated pattern obvious, which kind of hurts how 'realistic' the model looks.

Aldo: Point. I'll probably fix that. But I wanted them to show how frickin' huge the ship was meant to be.

Redsniper: I'm 75% sure I put one on the bottom, but I can't remember at the moment.

OK, yeah, there is a massive fighterbay/dockbay on the bottom. It's located between the second wing things on the thicker neck.

for making it look huge, i suggest dark maps with lot of thiny window like lights. someone did this to the Colussus and the Hecate,and those looked huge.
