Eeesh. New cruiser thingy is nasty. Looks like a horribly blocky fighter or bomber mesh. First one is MUCH better.

The superjug thingy is good, but the fin things seem a bit bland. Varying the shape of them slightly would work wonders. I like it overall, though.

Well, that's more a cruiser/corvette in design than a jug. Because... well. The shape just LOOKS like it, not that a jug couldn't be like that.

Also, paging "phallic" comments.

I know that it doesn't look like a jug.  Its not ment too.  The jug is finished and off being textured.  But i now need an escort type cruiser/corvette to help suplement pin point defense.  

So if you want to see what the jug looks like look at the top of this page and the near bottom of the last.

Have you done LODs and debris for the Jug ?
If not, do them before starting something new.

And I'm with the binman on triangulate and quad devide. Way too many wasteful edges. And it's kinda like cheating.

The engine layout on this one reminds me of that on the Omega class destroyer from B5.  BTW, is that dipression on the front for a beam cannon, or a fighterbay?

The depression if for three beam cannons, one anti capship and two anti fighter.  do you think it could pass for a mid to large cruiser/corvette?
