Trying to get into the "high poly groove" here with the SCP stuff, and finally had time to model, and here's the result:




Started out as a cruiser, and needs more detail on the engine pods, the underside, and the back of the ship. I'm trying to actually make interesting detail, rather than just random extrusions.

So. Give me greeble ideas!

Well considering that mine was in parts a shameless rip off of the Tiger's Claw from Wing Commander I wouldn't feel too bad

Wasn't saying you have Most ships are influnced by something else so unless you make a completely alien-looking ship it's going to look a bit like something else

I really like the main hull, just needs turrets.

  As for the sides, I don't like the shape, are they simply side engines or armor? How about making them a little thinner and more form fitting length wise? I don't know what I mean lol but for some reason it's just not working for me right now..

i think it would be more fitting as a corvette like the moloch.

not that strong, but a fast way to get some fighter cover somewhere.

And Blobby Engines? Got a pic that I can look at that portrays blobby engines?

And cutting it down to corvette status would probably be good.
