The ship i was working on actually works...
But, Ummmm,
The thing was too big. WAY too big.
(I can't upload images from my hard drive, so i can
't post a picture)
Any idea on how to make the thing a little SMALLER?

2 options:

1) Make it smaller in the 3D package you're using

2) Adjust the conversion ratio in PCS under conversion -> options

I did that. But now no textures in modelview.

And my gun keeps firing SIDEWAYS.

New problem. My ship is for some reason, sideways. It also fires sideways. How do i make it so that its straight?

Jesus Christ. Have you read ANY of the guides available in Karajormas FAQ? I don't mean to sound rude but it seems like you're not making an effort to help yourself...

Rotate the model in the modelling program. If you're using TS, from the top view, the front should be facing left.

It'd also be a good time to extract a V made ship, and scale your ship to be at the right ratio.

I have read 2 of the guides in his FAQ. Matter of fact, i should reread them both.

I've never known the orientation to be out. Maybe a fire/ eye points issue ?
