Shearers On the list now he is a decent player scores lots of goals for us up here in newcastle though he is retiring at the end of next season:( best player newcastle has ever had

I never rated Shearer....all he seems to do is walk backwards into people, fall over and then claim he was pushed.

And I was a Newcastle fan in the 90s (my Dad worked for the brewery that made Newcastle Brown Ale, the sponsors) - but I always preferred the bandy-legged Asprilla.

Seems like Pele forgot about Sweden.  ****ing Japan got one player! This guy maybe should have made it. Of course Swedish teams have always built more upon a collective rather than individualists. And besides, this is just one mans opinion.
