I just been thinking that when a new cap ship jumps in all its turrets are in line.

would it be too much codeing to have them all move back to thier jump in posisions, when the ship jumps out or when the guns dont fire for a period of time.

you mean that they should point straight up/down?

that was something that was discussed, and the coders said it was too hard, IIRC.

OK... I know we've discussed havinging the turret positin set in the model file... but what about setting the turret positions in FRED? Just a random idea :)
