I'm using the (i think) latest SCP patch 03_05_2004_fs2_open_r with few additions - 32bit planets and that FS2_OPEN VP FILE (3.5.6) file which is almost 100mb by size.

Anyway, the problem is in the mission where you need to escort Batista in the jump node so it can set an explosion there and destroy it to stop the shivans.
No problem there, but at some point of the trek, Batista just stops! Speed 0 and it will stay like that no matter how much I wait, the engines of it are still at 100% though. Is it a bug and can I fix this somehow? Help please :(

Can you isolate more specifically when the ship stops? ie, after what event, etc.

yeah, he probly is useing a german or french version, I think I've heard of this bug before, but it's fairly random and occured in retail FS2.

Well it's hard to say, quite many shivan waves came and then everything just stopped, but one of the escort ships reached the node I think (also stopped there)

Bastion yes, for some unkdown reason I just remembered the name wrong :P I almost typed Bastila first (character from KoTOR)
and I'm using the UK version.

edit: Actually that Batista might be from KoTOR aswell, curse this memory! :P

Go to the SCP recent builds forum and and try something a little newer (only couple of weeks worth of difference between that build and anything newer but still worth trying it as someone may have temporarily broken something.)
