kasperl, I ought to hook you up with some decent Chinese herbal tea. Tastes like honey going down your throat, and definitely soothes the chest and stomach. Drinking lemon and honey in warm water is also pretty good.

I sometimes have trouble getting to sleep. I usually read a book, it makes your eyes tired and droopy. Try that.

my eyes are terrible, and willl always be terrible. It's worse then normall really, reading is  rather painfull.

kasperl if you get a chance to, try some Roobios/Rooibos/Red **** tea. It tastes pretty nice and goes down easy. Helps you sleep, too.

Rooibos, well, it isn't perfect, but it might help. There is something called Almond Sunset or something, that's somewhat drinkable.

Let's see, the Chinese name wouldn't be very helpful to you. The mixture of stuff I put in is basicaly: dried Chrysanthemum flowers, dried licorice root, and dried longan (a tropical fruit... google it). Boil that in some water for a while, add honey to taste... boy, it's good for what ails ya.

well, i'm going to have to leave out the honey, but the licorice root is readily available here. no need to boil it either, just chew on it.

Oh, but that's just the point. It only has certain effects on calming your mind when it's in liquid form.
