Since no one is talking about it, I will.

I liked it, best comic book movie since Spider-Man.  Ron Perlman does his best work under prosthetics.  Effects were good, sound was good, music was good.

4/5 only because I am unfamiliar with the source material.

I'm looking forward to checking this out, but my wife has insisted that this be a dollar theatre flick. She's not willing to shell out the real money for a comic book movie.

is there an option for oky, will buy the DVD cuz thats what i woudl pick. Even thogh there were tons of plot holes and the character development was **** i still had fun watchign it

i haven't seen it, and not sure if i want to either.  looks like a cheesy, low-budget rip-off of Xmen and Men in Black.

"Hellboy" (from the trailer) looks like he's a man with a big rubber head on.  it looks really fake, i don't know if it's supposed to, but it sure does.

What does look promising is the movie coming out this summer:  Punisher... Marvel comic's annual movie ;)

I cannot describe how bad Punisher looks. It looks on course to actually be worse than the Dolph Lundgren version.

The punisher doesn't really look all that good. i liked hellboy but not as much as spiderman soo i decided its a movie that needs to be rented.
