It's personal preference really, I'm pretty strong willed and have a good grasp on who I am as a person and what I want to achieve when I take something like acid (do mushrooms about once every month and a half - two months) so I can semi deal with a lot of the effects of acid because of the similarity. I find I like it because it stimulates my creative side and I tend to think about problems in a different way, often to better results than sober thought.

I personally never got on with pills, I don't like the come down and I don't care too much for feeling loved up. Plus when I see other people on them (except my best mate) they all look like complete retards. But if they're enjoying it then more power to them.

It was probably because I felt a bit compelled to do it at the time, I was pretty young (over a decade ago). But once I made the decision not to do it again, I have to stick by it, else I'm letting myself down

Pills I've tried, and wasn't particuarly impressed at all, all strength no control, I used to do them once in a while, but grew out of them in the end.

I wouldn't recommend anyone try it unless they particuarly want to, and avoid smoking like the plague, it's almost as deadly, but if we can be open about politics, we can be open about drugs as well, at least, that's my opinion

It's not like were actively telling people to go out and do them because they're the best things ever and your life is empty without them either. It's something I do occasionally because it gives you different perceptions on life and situations and they're fun to do. I'm pretty sure that give a year or so I'll have stopped completely like most people do. I'm still pretty young, that's my excuse and I'm sticking by it.

They started out as decent enough organizations but once of the bigger threats to the natural world were beaten into the background they started going after stupid goals and doing moronic things to further them.

In my view, PETA and Greenpeace have their hearts in the right place, but their methods are about as effective as...well something realy ineffective. As long as any group (PETA, the Green Party etc) are seen as "the fringe", they're not going to accomplish much. They need to tone down the rheotirc and get into the mainstream.
