In XP this file can be found in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Or you can just DL/install Spybot search and destroy and say "Let there be immunization", and there will be immunization, and you will see that it is good.

GS is going a tad bit far , forums should never have ads its destracting... and it p***** me off , kind of reminds me about IGN, crappy site that is. I click a link it takes me to an add page and then asks me whether I want to continue, its not a f****** live and die situation I just wana see the damn page.

or use MyIE2, has a kind of an advert/popup killer built-in, or if you're comfortable with html and regexp, get a pre-parser to filter the html OTF (something like the Proxomitron)

Its right above Properties
should say "Block images from adcontent.gamespy...etc..."
