I have had an attempt at making a full start to finish tutorial for shipbuilding. Trying to get back into modding for FS2 reminded me how much effort it was to scrape together all the little scraps of knowledge to make things work again!

So, I figured it would be a good idea to try and bundle it all together.

There may be glaring errors, there may be stuff that is about as clear as mud... but I won't know unless somebody who DOES understand this stuff well gives it a once over

So.... are there any kind and knowledgable FS modders out there who can look over this for me?

At the moment it's a word document ... once it's all done, I will stuff it into HTML and post it somewhere

glad you took up my suggestions SP =^_^= I look forward to seeing the tutorials when they're done.  I love modelling, but I don't have any clue on the workflow of it for FS

Oh, and wth is "wiki" that I keep seeing people talk about? I did a forum search and I can't find anywhere that says what "wiki" is or what it means, or where to find it...

The wiki is basically a giant community freespace manual that contains tips, tools, pics, and tutorials for things like scp and modding and such.
