No, to the point in space where the Enterprise meets the first Borg cube in 'Q Who' and wipe out the cube in a single shot. I really want to see the look on Q's face when that happens.

Hmm, Species 1, the beginning of the Borg... I would really like to see, one day, some credible and solid story based around the history of the Borg, how they were created - And so on. An experiment that got out of hand? It's never really been covered all that much.

I think a paradox would be the only fitting origin for the Borg.

Some time-travel experiment ****ing up and transporting a dozen damaged drones back into the past where their nanoprobes go nuts and start infecting everything on the planet the drones time-crashed on.

What's with all this alternate universe stuff?  What's MIrror, Mirror?  Was that a book or an episode of some show?  Can you give details to someone who knows nothing about it.

I remember about alternate universes was a DS9 where they met themselves in another universe but everything was different.  Like the red-headed chick with the thing on the bridge of her nose was bad in the other universe.  Is that the mirror, mirror episode?  Can elaborate the story, pweese?

In a TOS episode called Mirror, Mirror, Kirk-n-Spock had a transporter accident during an ion storm or some-such and ended up in a universe where everyone had beards and was evil.

Thanks to their tampering, the Terran Imperium or whatever it was called collapsed because Mirror-Spock started preaching the same 'we love peace' message the non-mirror Spock did. Everyone saw him as being weak and the Mirror-Human Race was conquered by a Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. This is the same Alliance encountered by Sisko and co in DS9.

So what I saw in that DS9 episode was actually the future of the same timeline as that spock/kirk episode?  Was there an enterprise in that kirk/spock episode?

Yes. That's why all the DS9 episodes about it are called Shattered Mirror and Through The Looking Glass (The Emperor's New Cloak is the exception).

Everything was the same except everyone was evil, the Federation was called something different and everyone had beards.
