Switching mods in 3.6 is easier and that's great but the new way to do it by putting them in their own folder makes it so I can no longer make missions with mods, how can I make missions with mods in 3.6, in other words, how do I get FRED to use different vp files?

Specifically The Babylon Project.

It's actually the same way FS2_Open does it, only without the helpful button.

Just tack on "-mod yourdirectoryhere" at the end of a shortcut to FRED. Without the quotes of course.
