Jack Layton, the leader of the NDP, recently went on Speaker's Corner. For those of you not living in Canada, Speaker's Corner is sort of a place where you can just go on camera and say whatever is on your mind, and once a week all the best gets played on TV. Its an amazing concept if you ask me, since you get such a variety of topics and opinions. Anyway, Layton went on Speaker's Corner and now my mom's all like "look, he's so in touch with the common man etc" but I thought it was just part of the campaign. I mean, there is no leader of a major (big 4) politiical party that under 40-ish. We aren't there any young (late 20s early 30s) politicians around, thats what I'de like to know.
George Stroumbolopolis for PM!
...and none of you have the vaugest idea of what I just said, do you?

:D
edit: the guy on the right, not the doofus. Now there's someone I'd want to run the country...
