Stumbled here through Machina Terra, which I got to by searching for FS2 on Google...
Wash: This landing's gonna get pretty interesting.
Mal: Define "interesting".
Wash: *shrug* "Oh God, oh God, we're all gonna die"?
Mal: This is the captain. We have a little problem with our entry sequence, so we may experience some slight turbulence and then... explode.

The question is: Why the hell do you want to be unbanned so bad? I mean, besides being able to cruise aotd's l33t forum and all...

Not that I have anything against you in particular Kas, but DC got temp banned for 4 hours because I was annoyed and he ran away like a little girl and is still crying about how he never wants to come back and how horrible of a person I am now.

I started off on the VBB, just having chats about FS2 whilst starting the Official Shivan Fan Club (which is now long dead! :D ). I then started tinkering with tables and missions before finally getting a decent copy of trueSpace and playing with that. About this time I emigrated to HLP once the VBB became hell on earth. :D

Originally I just wanted to get the Gencore Phoenix (from Tyrian) into the game and fly that about bashing Shivans. What started as wanting to make one or two ships for FS2 has escalated into The Swarm War, into which the Phoenix and Maelstrom fighters have been merged. :)

Yo Mike!
How? Well, funilly, for once I can reply rather accuratelly:
I was searching for how to access the ant missions in the Red Alert expension, found the info on a modding forum, saw all those new units, buildings and stuff, and decided to give it a try. People aknowledged me when I was the first to make a 100% complete ( and completly new, not just a modification of an existing one ) infantry unit ( I replaced the dog with an alien :D man was I patient back then... ). Then, I bought FS2, searched for available mods, found the robotech one. I offered my services to max Sterling, who reluctantly accepted to test me ( he asked me to try with ships not planed in the campaign :p ). Then someone from the staff probably led me here, et voila.
