Problems with setting up a LAN

How do set up a LAN with Freespace 2? Help meee! I need 32 ppl to get on, but me dont know how :(

EDIT: I'm doing it at my camp's LAN, which means I have to use the HOTU version, which means I can't update the game (the exes aren't the same or something).

add the host IP to each one in the TC/IP thing in the ooptions screen... then go to multiplayer, and they should show up...

Just grab the SCP latest, and do LAN.

You can use anything by LS too, except for the balistic maxim.

You'lll need one helll of a server at any rate, and I doubt the engine will even take more then 8, or 12 at best.

Even if it does, time for custom missions.
