The problem is not with your choice of textures so much as the fact that you're setting the repeatitions far too high. This results in a zebra striped effect on the ship which doesn't look good.

For a ship of that size, scaling the textures so much may be important for you not to see the texture blurry at close range. Getting deeper into this texture thing: It also needs MORE textures to make a bit more colorful. Think of the Deimos or the Orion first.

I know that more textures are needed but so far all the comments have resulted in is Quickshot replacing one over repeated texture for another. First thing that has to be done is reduce the repeatitions. Then start changing textures. Shoving 10 textures at that high a repeatition on the ship will make it look worse not better.

Besides even at that size the bluring effect of less repeatitions is completely negated by the fact that it looks 10 times uglier the way it is.

Alternatively, make a texture which represents 1 plate to replace one which represents 3 or 4........

Although there's no saving the Warlock.  It's not even a difficult model to, well, model - it's the bastard son of a Star Destroyer and a tapeworm.
