I also got word from my brother (who knows where he found out) that an animated* version of HHGTTG is being made. Can anyone confirm this, cause that would be awesome.

*I'm assuming that mean Pixar-style CG, not a cartoon.

A year or two ago there was talk of a 3D adventure game being made, but I've heard nothing of that since.
That's the closest it's come to animation, afaik.

yeah, Nova should have this for sure once they start broadcasting.

And AFAIK, the adventure game was scrapped when Douglas Adams died.
