No, it doesn't.
Any, yes, it's from Warzone. It took me a while to get it too, since most of Volition Watch is tubed and the only mirror was for the installer on 3D Files which is almost worse than FP for long DL queues.
I just check it using the fs2_open_T-20040802.exe, and now it seems to be restricted to only FS2 ships. The only thing I've added LS's tex pack from the new thread.
The main reason I want to get this fixed is because specular lighting in OGL results in kind of a sheen over the whole thing, kind of like they have some kind of glass or plastic over the top of it.
