You just made my mouth water... Mmmm... Foood....

All I do with my chili is chop up some onions, fry the mince meat with it, toss in crushed tomatoes, throw in a can of kidney beans, lots of tabasco, and wait for it... Old el Paso Chili mix!!!!
I have returned... Again...

Toss in a shot of Cuervo 1800 and a harbanero pepper with your favorite chili fixin's.  Really good whiskey works too.
"Why does it want me to say my name?"

Heat some oil in a large pan.  Add chopped onions, peppers, fresh chilli, and garlic, fry for 5 minutes.  Add beef mince, and fry till its all turned brown.  Add the kidney beans (rince them first) and the a tinned chopped tomato.  Cover and cook on a medium heat for 20 mins, stirr occasionally.
You could eat it at this point, but if you want really good stuff leave it on a very low heat, covered for about an hour.  You may need to add more water.
Add chilli powder if you want more heat.

"Your cynicism appauls me Collosus - I have ten thousand officers and crew willing to die for pants !"

"Go to red alert!"
"Are you sure sir? It does mean changing the bulb"
