I'll just finish this as an exercise in flexing them old muscles. I', particularly having problems visualizing the shape of the engines and their relationship to the wings. They are very strange.
Modeldump is a big zip of unfinished models I release every once in a while. Unfinished for various reasons, usually the pain of using TS to convert, or simply because I'm not happy with 'em.
The hammerhead was made for FS_2 normal ,it should be about 800-900 polys I think. No guns / missiles modelled. Map is technically done to the point of decal-ing, but I never felt it was detailed enough (it was pretty much accurate to the TV clips I had, though). The underside rear thrusters might need a bit of work, I never had a good reference for them.
EDIT: hmm,looking at it, it probably needs a fair bit of work to fix the rough edges. Maps need detailed, too - darken the lines, add 'rougher' shading, etc. The neck was slightly too long, too - albeit that's fixed in the one prefixed SH.
Wouldn;t be happy with that nowadays, to be honest.
