Is there a way in Max to make only certain objects render in wireframe? I can figure out how to make everything render in wireframe by forcing it in the render parameters, but I can't figure out how to do it for only specific objects. Alternately, a way to make things render non wireframed in force wireframe mode would be just as good. I'm doing weapon select anis and I need something to blot out the green grid under the gun.

I'm using Max 3, but hopefully it wont make a difference.

One way is to simply set the maps as wireframe only.
