That's right up there for my Ultimate Bad Food idea:  The sausage-gravy filled, bacon wrapped, deep-fried, chocolate coated, nacho-cheese-n-ranch-dressing dipped, triple-decker Krispy Kreme.

What can I say.  Had to have something to compete with Wierd Al's  "Twinkie Wiener Sandwich".
