i went to the unreal tournament 2004 offitial mod forum, trying to dig up some info on modding procedures for the ut2004 game engine. they use the same damn forum system hlp uses. so as i went to register i found out that because of their anti-spam policy they would not accept my email adress because it was not issued by my isp (wich here is an extra $10). they refuse to accept my hotmail address so therefore i cannot use their forum. this seems like a silly policy for running a forum. i should email a complaint to a few of the admins. ****ing bastards!

dude, who's your local consumer affairs-related type agency there?, they could have your ISP up for unfair business practices.

I have an email account with Wanadoo, but it's too fiddly accessing it that I can't be bothered and just stick to this thing, which doesn't receive that much traffic anyway.
