First of all, An0n's been banned at least 5 times now. It's very rare that anyone is permabaned from these forums, even the trolls. Usually it's just for a week or so (a little longer for An0n now, but he's earned that attention) and even that doesn't happen often. That's not what this community is about. And I've never seen a member banned who was not deserving of it. In a lot of cases, as far as Mr. Search is concerned, the offending material no longer exists; done more often than not to close wounds that have been opened, the Admins/moderators like to remove the source of the problem, be it a post or a picture, then that post may easily be removed. So if you're going to roll back into the history of these forums to look up treatment of newbies and trolls, try to remember that.
We do not "sacrafice" anyone when we can help it, and when it becomes an absolute necessity to lay it on the line, the community does so for whoever is being the least beligerant, regardless of that "Registered" tag at the bottom of their posts.
