well from what I understand they convict those that perpetrate those acts. But this is a copy cat of what happened the other day. There efforts would be better spent "getting out the vote"

EDIT: What the hell!!!?? Swastikas, thats over the limit. Especially since the Nazi party ideals/ideas are incorrectly assumed to be right wing (dictionary definition). However, the Nazi party was clearly authoritarian. The United States is edging closer and closer towards authoritarianism (the patriot act and security measures based on race for example).

fascism would be a better match, but they don't really have a widely recognized symbol. A swastika these days just means "bad" without really implying any specific political belief.
