Trogdor first showed up in Dragon but he's shown up several times since then. I strongly suggest you have a look at...pretty much all the other ones on there too :D.

Then the toons. Then Marzipans answering machine. Then maybe go back over the Strong Bad emails and look for all the easter eggs. Then, err... well, by then you'll be so hooked you'll I dunno, go through all the main pages, watch the cheat's stuff, I dunno... maybe the puppet stuff... yeah.
