Yes, we know. One of their main guys used to post around here... Do a search, and you'll find some ship models they were showing around. Great stuff.

Didn't he say he was actually paying someone to make his FS2 ships?  Sodding nuts if you ask me, but nobody did, so...er......

The way I understood it he's actually doing a CGI series commercially. The freespace mod (amongst others) would probably be used to stir up some more interest in the project.

I dunno.  Got a bit of criticism over the overt religiousness of the story last time round, IIRC it was basically goodie god-botherers versus evil aetheist aliens or something.

Wow, I read the timeline and checked into this a little. It sounds pretty cool. Heh, I wonder what really would happen if it where Europe vs Allies vs China. It would be pretty close I would think.

Well, I don't really care if that's evil atheists against goody religious guys or whatever other wacky thing. If the gameplay of the missions are fun that's good for me.

But, not trying to stir debate, I wonder if the storyline was goody  atheists against evil religious guys, people would criticize it. :doubt:
