Multiplayer doesn't work...

Hey all

For me, Multiplayer doesn't work....I know PXO is dead....I tried registering at fs2netd....didnt work...also tried downloading the media VP...didn't work.

It keeps giving me "No game servers"

:confused:

Any help appreciated

I've tried the whole week...nothing...I even checked the fs2netd web site and their rankings to see when they last played....and it was today. so i know its working...but mine isnt.....

Do you have the config file? I'll be damned if I know where it is, but you need it, AFAIK.

Found it....installed it...and.....IT DONT WORK.

A Step-By-Step guide would be nice...:)

Do you have a firewall, are you at college behind a firewall, or do yu have a router? Could be a problem too...

I am behind a router...but waaaay back in the PXO days it worked fine...

I think you have to open some ports in your router. Right now I cant remember what ports you are supposed to open.

Shouldn't it depend on the router?
I finally destoryed the Shivan armada and all I got was this lousy T shirt.

follow the instrcutions, it's entirely possible and even likely that nobody is playing.

I just restarted the servers, and it's working, there just isn't anyone playing.

If, once logged in, you see yourself on the "users online" list => it works.
