...And now I suffer.

So.. Some dirty link that I followed (no, not porn) messed my IE startpage. Meaning, I can't change it anymore. I even tried through registry, but still no success.

Help?
Any help?... A good link to some computer site/forum, where I can ask this same question. I don't know any...

ROFL I remember that happening to me once.

A site like that changed my I.E. startpage to some kind of Lesbian Porn Site. Gave my parents a shock.

And NO, I wasn't browsing those kinds of webpages. I don't understand how it happened.

Spyware and/or ad-aware removal my friend.

Spybot: search and destroy, spysweeper, and Ad-aware are the best I know of. :)

You sure you're not on 28k or 14.4k? I get a good 4.5 or so with my 56k v.90 modem.

nothing wrong with living with your parents... i'm 19 and i'm living with my parents still, college is a 2 minute drive from my house, and there's no point moving out where i just have to pay my way for food and an apartment :-/

but of course when i move to UT i'm going to have to bite the bullet and fish out $15,000 a semester for school, room, food, etc. :(
