given how he looks when either Raziel or Kain don't do what he's supposed to, yeah, it's pretty cool..

The Protectors of the Garden (Homeworld) The Kadeshi really convey an impression of being pyschotic: it has to do with the boring monotone with which they make dire threats. And they have nifty ships, too, which I can steal for myself and beat the crud out of the Taiidani with.

Why so many consider Bosch "evil" You just don't realize his great masterplan And as for my choices:

Shared 1st place: Kefka (FFVI) & Kuja (FFIX). Both are gorgeus looking, Kuja has a wonderful palace and Kefka is a honestly insane, nihilistic villain (best looking last boss, too). And they also nearly destroyed the entire world
2nd place: SHODAN
3rd: Walton Simons, from Deus Ex
