Nice but could you reduce the size of the image? A lot of space that was not needed in the picture. It took a long time to load completely on a 56k modem.

The picture is in perfect balance. And it took so long because I've had bad experiences with JPEG compression, especially in darker pics, so I decided to leave the compression at minimum.

Beautiful! I love the detail on the models, and the scene composition  and background are both excellent. That's one of the best-rendered planets I've seen for a while...

Now, the short and minor beef list.  

1. The rising sun looks kinda funny- it doesn't look round. I know, it's a style thing, but it bugs be a bit.

2. The whitestar has no engine glow.

And that't it. Excellent piece of 3D art.

Oh yeah. On emore thing. The Starfury has no pilot. What is it flying on? FreeSpace 2 AI???

It's Mark Kane's model. Blame him, not me  

I forgot I was answering to this when my PC crashed. Anyway, a Whitestar's engine glows are so small you couldn't see them at that angle unless it was really burning at full speed. And I've had complaints about the sun. It doesn't look round because I used a "star" halo effect in Blender. I'll use a regular halo effect from now on, though
