I'm having a problem where 3.6.5 CTD whenever I load the first campaign mission. All the training missions work fine, however when it tries to load the campaign mission, the loading screen comes up, gets two bars in, and crashes. 3.6 works fine. I've tried disabling all command line options, and it persists. I've tried deleting my pilot, and it still happens. I've also tried the 12-30 build, and still. Any tips?

This is not the first time I've heard of this happening but I can't say I've cottoned on to what the cure was. Several people seem to have gotten rid of the problem by reinstalling though.

also, do you have any vps installed? I think the music.vp is screwing things ups with recent builds.

no, nothing installed other than the zpack.

mv_music is part of the zpack.

If that doesn't work, run a debug build and see what message (if any) it gives you.
