go into mission specs, make the mission multi, go to ships editor and make alpha 2 a player ship, and remove the check mark that mnakes alpha 1 a plyer ship, go back into mission specs and make it single player again.

ShadowWolf, you don't have to go to that much trouble.  Just hit 'player ship' from the Ship Editor...

no, i cant use FSO. nor FRED2_Open. FSO isn't table on my pc, and FRED2_Open doesn't seem to work right, except 3.5 and lower.
