Seriously now if I had an 11yo  kid and the police handcuffed him/her for a non-violent offense (drawing) I would be filing a lawsuit next morning! Sweet jesu WTF were they thinking? This is a social problem at that point not a legal one! I was once a criminal Justice major and even I know that, don't these cops need refresher courses in phycology and Juvenile Justice?

but, seriously folks.. arresting kids for drawing voilent things?.... that's extremely imposing on their creativity, not to mention that they're only drawings, it's not like they're gonna pop up and kill anybody or anything..

if they did do that, i'd be mauled by some anthro canids a long time ago
