The short of it is: 'an0n' can access Staff, VW Allumni, FS+ and a bunch of campaign internals.
'Fattony' can access all the campaign internals and Grognards.
Now, the 'an0n' one can be fixed by simply banning me properly and/or deleting the crappy silenced usergroup. The entire problem is based in your inability to grasp the concept that new usergroups automatically get 'default public' access to all forums.
The Fattony one, however, is far more serious - as it suggests to me that all new members automagically get access to all the aforementioned forums. This is a common bug in older version of vBulletin and phpBB in regards to Moderators - who automatically get access permission to private forums whenever you mod them.
At the very least, this'll require days to fix. At most, you'll need to recode the create-user functions.
