Only 3.63mb and it installs PHP, MySQL, Perl and HTTP onto your machine under Drive-W.

Seems extremely resource-light. There's narry a flicker when starting and stopping it. And it's handy for testing out code - or running a forum/site/porn-stream if you're too cheap to pay for server space.
