I was bored, and this topic just popped into my mind: What campaigns that have died in the past years would you like to see ressurected or finished? I thought it would make an interesting conversation. So, talk away!

I was always interested in Reciprocity. Seemed like it had a really good back story worked out, and that is, afterall, what made freespace so good. I know Casualties of War was released but its never worked on FSO for me so I aint gotten around to playing it.

The Procyon Insurgency seemed interesting too. Taking a more indepth look at the universe, again seemed to be plot based.

And lastly. Whatever happened to Combat Federation? I thought I remembered hearing something about it being (nearly) finished. It just had to wait for another project to be released first because it used the same mods? Anyone?

CF nearly Finished?  Nooooo, not for quite some time.  It was a bit more than i could chew as a fledgling modder.  although i would still love to create that, and in fact i think i can now, without wasting time.  But before it gets done, i need to do Origins and Mercenaries.

I'd have to agree. I kind of missed most of the goings-on to do with OTT. The fleets Venom made for it were fantastic, though, so it would've at least looked good.

Reci looked brilliant, and reading some of the internal stuff after it closed down was miserable, 'cos I won't get to play it now. No Nightmares to get slaughtered by....

Also some of the older ones off VW - The Babel Effect, Third Twilight etc. looked brilliant. People like Agatheron, Kellan etc. who worked on things like Derelict....

For me, the biggest once I say I'd want to see ressurcted/completed, Reciprocity. I only took notice into that campaign shortly after I joined, and became quite interested. Too bad the USS Reciprocity had to sink...  Let's start a petition to re-start it! lol I wish. I can't wait for MT and Inferno to get finished. Both look really interesting. BlackWater too.
