Pfft. Freakin Nazi.

Oh, uh, sorry to see him go.
Spoon - I stand in awe by your flawless fredding. Truely, never before have I witnessed such magnificant display of beamz.
Axem -  I don't know what I'll do with my life now. Maybe I'll become a Nun, or take up Macrame. But where ever I go... I will remember you!
Axem - Sorry to post again when I said I was leaving for good, but something was nagging me. I don't want to say it in a way that shames the campaign but I think we can all agree it is actually.. incomplete. It is missing... Voice Acting.
Quanto - I for one would love to lend my beautiful singing voice into this wholesome project.
Nuclear1 - I want a duet.
AndrewofDoom - Make it a trio!

I can no longer sit back and allow communist infiltration, communist indoctrination, communist subversion, and the international communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids.

Thank you for your contribution, 'tard.

Nuke : yeah. He did some boxing in the US and was the first european to win the world heavyweight title. The Nazis kind of tried to instrument his success, but he never approved of that and later broke with the regime.
Before that break, he helped several jewish kids escape certain death. I once heard on the radio that some of these kids, now well in the high years, established some kind of memorial day and celebration in some parts of California, but I don't know if I recall that correctly.

He had a good run.....

And the Nazis loved success, they always tried to attribute the achievements of others to the regime. :mad2:

indeed, if you were a musician or an actor or an athlete during the nazi regeme you were required to wear a swastica, weather you aproved of the nazi party or not. after the war german celebertys were stuck with the stigma. most couldnt get work after the war because of it. essentially a case of the government taking advantage of its people.

[q]Years later Schmeling, who had always refused to act as a mouthpiece for Nazi propaganda, said he was almost glad he had lost.

"A win over Joe Louis might have made me the perfect Aryan of the Third Reich," he said. "The Nazis tried to use me but I used them to help other people." [/q]

[q]Incorrectly branded as a Nazi

Schmeling was branded as a "Nazi" by many boxing fans, but nothing was further from the truth. In reality, Schmeling became quite unpopular among the Nazis after the embarrassing loss to the black man, and was not used anymore in Nazi propaganda, which was a relief to him.

Starting from the Kristallnacht events in November of 1938, he used to hide young Jews in his house, sheltering them and protecting them from the SS and Gestapo. When World War II broke out in 1939, Schmeling was drafted into the German Army. Because he had long refused to join the Nazi party, a vengeful Hitler sent him on suicidal missions in order to make him a hero -a very dead hero - only to see him return every time. Schmeling remained anti-Nazi throughout the war, and after it was over was interned briefly, still recovering from his war injuries. Afterwards he frequently visited American troops, giving away signed photos and taking pictures with the American soldiers.[/q]

Idiot.

Eh, must've forgotten to check my facts. No offense intended, just being an idiot again. :doubt:
