Look familiar?
Its a screenshot of Star Wolves, an upcoming Russian space sim (published by 1C I think).

Not that I have anything against this, when enough games of the same type are made, you're bound to run into look-alike whether you want to or not. Its just interesing is all.

Hmmm russian space sim, will the words/voices be in english or russian (im guessing english because the names of the people are in english in the first shot)? Looks like a good sim, and in the first shot it looks like that capship has shielding.

Are you sure it's a space sim? the interface makes it look like an RTS.

You mean the ship in the lower left of the first one that bears more than a striking resemblance to a Hatshepsut?

I wonder if anybody has talked about it around them?  It's different enough that they can get away with it, however.

Meh, it only looks like a Hatshepsut, doesn't mean that waves of Vasudan fighters are going to be pouring from its open bits or that Sathanai will be jumping in to gobble it up.

Maybe I'm overanalysing here but I can liken any ship in the 2nd pic to an FS2 ship

Wow. Some people have no creativity. Either that, or you just can't rival anything that relates to FS :p.
I vote the latter.

I agree on the Hatshepsut. That's about it. The others are too small to tell either way. The "Hippocrates" looks more like the medical frigate from Star Wars.

I'd give this game a play.

I always do it, its because of my user name with a certain company is CC_02HERK, and I always think of that when I'm writing Herc.  It would never happen if I typed
Galactic Terran Fighter Hercules (Mark Two) but I'm too lazy.
