My life has been one ****box after another though, emotionally speaking. The only time I can ever really being anything remotely resembling happy is when I worked at Marvin's.

I've seem to have spent my entire life trying to please my father and fit his model of what he want's me to be, but it never seems to be enough...

Seems there´s a lot of "nut jobs" out there.

I´m amazed as to how these guys survived, after that. We have some serious blood vessels in our balls. One would bleed to death, if not treated fast. And it also hurts like hell. Like "great balls of fire"!

Lib, your parents will never be 'satisfied' with what you do. It's an evil manipulative tactic called "trying to get you to do your best." On the whole it's never a good idea to base your self-image entirely on what other people say - they'll just keep raising the standards they hold you to, but still think less of you when you don't meet them, oftentimes.
