Well, i was proabably the last known person working on the translation of the RFC campaign, although i only got up to mission 3 or something. I decided to wait about a month before i resumed translation because it came to my attention that another member by the name of Deepstar (i think) had apparently translanted up to mission 57 (although it may have been mission 57 ONLY, the wording wasnt accurate).

Someone sent a PM or something, but we're still awaiting a reply.

Oh at the Moment i have not enough time to translate it.

I spent many minutes in it, but after my HDD crash in September 2004 i had started the Translation again

At the Moment i was only at Mission 11.

Because this Campaign is splitted into 3 Chapters (~30 Missions per Chapter) i will send it to the "Correctors" when i finished the first chapter.

Sorry.. this are many Pages that want to be translated.. and i said it before.. i haven't so much time at the moment.

But be sure.. the most Time i have, i spend in this translation.

Are you having any problems translating to english? grammer for example?

If you do, could you send me the missons and tables and I'll check over them. I can also upload it to my site so ive got a backup just incase anything happens.

Well, i dont really know. Try looking for a thread called "Need Infomation About Freespace: Revenge Final Conflict", it's quite long but in there i think the person who started the thread, gives a description of the campaign. It sounded a bit B-ish and BoE-ish though. Many big ships warping in, beams flying, etc...

Or are just interested in, what is 'Revenge Final Conflict' and why it needs translating. Or maybe it's "why would a campaign need translating, it must be good". etc...

Oh the Story is great.... you find out, why the Shivans attack in 2335 and what happened with Admiral Bosh and other things.
And the Solution is interesting.. it's a complete new theory.. but i think a few will dislike it ;)

This is a 84 Mission long Campaign.. 84 Missions full with Story ;)

But it's not 100% SCP kompatible, so i must edit a few Missions.. these are most small edits and no problem for a Fred2 Newbie like me.. but in a few Missions i don't know why that and that doesn't function. But i will edit this mission when i translated it.. atm i'm on Mission 14.

Well, i was trying to translate this campaign for those who have the retail version of freespace, but i only got up to mission 3. And since you have gotten up to mission 14, i didnt really see the point in continuing. Of course you are changing the mission so it will work with the SCP, but it shouldnt be that hard to get it to work with the retail. or will it?

Revenge is a Campaign for the Retail Version.. but i never play it on Retail, so it's possible that there are only not compatible problems with the SCP, because these a minor Bugs within this Campaign.. i don't know.

I played the most Campaigns (In LM i wait for a LM2 rerelease before i begin LM3&4) in Freespace 2 and have now a bit more time for the Translation..
