AFAIK my forum was up before Hippo's, but if I'm wrong please correct me.  And my Forum is mainly for discussing TTR because HLP isn't hosting any new projects ATM, but I've added a general Discussion and Rants part incase people want to talk there for some reason.

I actually like Cobra's board style better than the ones on sectorgame, even if it is one of those free mass-produced ones.

Too lazy to join though-  I probably wouldn't end up posting anyways.

Well, Sectorgame is very quiet at the moment, too quiet in fact. I suppose theres little imperative for Hunter to do anything with it when nothing much happens. I've not had much chance to do TI stuff, even HLP has been a little bit quieter than usual these last few weeks. I personally don't think more forums is going to change that :(

Theres already a backup SCP Forum at Sectorgame Cobra, it'd be best to leave the SCP stuff to 'official' forums, so people actually know where to go for info ;)

Do we seriously need so many forums? One or two extras are ok, but so many is pointless. Hell, look at cobras, there's like 5 or 6 posts total, and I doubt the others are much better. Pretty much every person who's into Freespace hangs out here or o nthe other three major forums...what will any of these new forums, not just yours, Cobra, offer that's different than what we have already?
I can see a few of the forums with the hosting, but just a plain old forum and website is dumb, imho.

Just of random curiocity, what are the other 3 major forums you can think of? I'd think of them as HLP, and then there's 4 other nameable forums of rather decent size...

Same problem. :p I only really check HLP for comments on the SCP, it's rare that I venture to some other forum.

I've probably visited sectorgame just as many times to redownload the music MP3s as I have to post on the forums (excluding when HLP was down)
