What I have been up to
Some shots of some of my work, they are for a commercial game that  you will be hearing more about in the near future, I cant really answer any specific questions about them tho but I can post some pics!! (go figure)


They are in different stages of work, most are nearly done, they just need texture touchups and other general engine related things.

The cruiser's kind of... bland (uninspiring design), but that fighter is pretty cool. Good stuff. :):yes:

Awsome, I like the texture job. :D

Almost reminds me of BSG that heavy cruiser.

 
Not yet, I can only give certain pics out or it would be pretty easy to pick out what these are for lol.

All of the designes are re-imaging based on an existing setup, so I had limited freedom, although I really broke it in some areas lol.

None of the ships there have weapons, other then the fighter, it also has a 30 degree arc ball turrent under the nose that auto tracks and fires.

The cruiser is gonna have quite a few big guns on it, its kind of the "standard" design, thats the carrier support version, it has the landing pods on the sides.

The main focus they have is designs that look good, but would WORK, not crazy ass cool looking designs that would break 5 ft out of spacedock.

For example all the engines fire both ways, so you can accelerate and decelerate, and this fighter is setup to also work in the planet areas.

I"ll see what other pics I can give up, I have 100x the ingame pics lol.. but giving those out wouldnt be the SMARTEST thing to do lol

The plating on that fighter is basically how I wanted to do my Destroyer... but I don't have the talent to make maps like that...

I can show this one, it was an older design, one of the first I did, its still in the game, but its been changed a bit, the "ear muffs" around the bridge area are gone, the hanger area actually has textures lol, and a few things.

Its a high contrast shot, ment to show off the design
