In the FAQ. Storyline section.

Also on the Wiki actually.

Actually I've got the page open anyway so

Quote
Thirty-Two years have passed since the great war. The Shivans vanished half a lifetime ago, and now we live in the mausoleum of history. We inherit the legacy of ghosts who haunt these ruins. The elders call us the lost generation.
I remember stories of a glorious civilisation, of cities with spires that reached the sun, of a blue planet with vast seas, of people with myths of humanity everlasting, of children who saw in the embers of dying stars the destiny of their race, and they hurled themselves into the void of space with no fear. They say our people have no present, only a past filled with horror and a future they can only dream of.
Now we forge a new alliance to guard the tomb of space, and to find within its cold expanse the salvation of our race.

The FS1 cutscene dialogue is coming in FAQ v2.0 but all the rest are already up.

The FS1 intro dialogue? That can be easily done...

Pilot: Oh, God, they're following me! Mayday! This is Lieutenant Ash on Terran patrol, wing Gamma, 3-9er, reporting... taken heavy damage... requesting immediate fighter cover and rescue. Come in anybody! Mayday! Requesting immediate assistance... anyone, please!

Comm Op: Barely receiving you, Gamma 3-9er, this is Terran outpost Riviera responding. What is your situation?

Pilot: Oh, thank God! Our wing was ambushed! We didn't have a chance! I'm sure they're tracking me!

Comm Op: Calm down, sir. Who attacked you? Was it the Vasudans?

Pilot: The Vasudans were killed, too. They slaughtered everyone!

Comm Op: Sir, you have to calm down. You were attacked by Vasudans, is that true?

Pilot: N-No! We were in a skirmish with a Vasudan patrol, and they just came out of nowhere and killed everyone!

Comm Op: Who came out of nowhere, pilot?

Pilot: I-I don't know. But they weren't Vasudans, and they weren't Terrans. Oh God... they had these death-black ships... and the flew like... and their weapons were too much. They wasted everyone!

Comm Op: Pilot, sit tight. We're sending recovery craft right now.

Pilot: Send fighters! I-I know they're following me. Send everything you have now!

Comm Op: Sir, I don't have anyone else on scope. You're home free. It's going to be alright.

Pilot: No it isn't! You don't understand! You weren't there! I can feel them following me... Oh, my God! I'm dead! We're all dead!

Comm Op: Picking up unknown jump signatures... scramble the fighters!

Pilot: It's too late! Oh God!

Comm Op: What the hell is that?

Pilot: Aaaaaaaayyiiiiieeee!
Spoon - I stand in awe by your flawless fredding. Truely, never before have I witnessed such magnificant display of beamz.
Axem -  I don't know what I'll do with my life now. Maybe I'll become a Nun, or take up Macrame. But where ever I go... I will remember you!
Axem - Sorry to post again when I said I was leaving for good, but something was nagging me. I don't want to say it in a way that shames the campaign but I think we can all agree it is actually.. incomplete. It is missing... Voice Acting.
Quanto - I for one would love to lend my beautiful singing voice into this wholesome project.
Nuclear1 - I want a duet.
AndrewofDoom - Make it a trio!

Actually I already have all the dialogue done. I just haven't uploaded the pages :)

You might have noticed me asking about a couple of words I couldn't quite hear a little while back :D

I did spot a couple of minor errors in my version thanks to yours though, so thanks :D

what the hell is that? a parody? :D
To consider the Earth as the only populated world in infinite space is as absurd as to assert that in an entire field of millet, only one grain will grow. - Metrodorus of Chios
I wept. Mysterious forces beyond my ken had reached into my beautiful mission and energized its pilots with inhuman bomb-firing abilities. I could only imagine the GTVA warriors giving a mighty KIAAIIIIIII shout as they worked their triggers, their biceps bulging with sinew after years of Ivan Drago-esque steroid therapy and weight training. - General Battuta

That ever since large war made Thirty-Two year cross. With before the Shivans life goes out the half which, and now we lived in mauseleum of history. Without these standpoints as for us the receipt which is exchanged, inheritance of the hallucination which succeeds. The formation which senior human us it calls and goes. Spires of the child who looked at the destiny of competition of the thing which is poured to the combustion of the star which reaches to the sun of the blue planet where the immense sea of the people of the humanity myth which is continued eternally in regard to me who have remembered attaches, those of the space of the space of dies fear itself attached throws the story of the civilization where the city is beautiful. Fear or to be future, it is not possible and to look at just dream, in regard to those it transfers, but presently it is not in our people, it means it is full at on. The grave of the space does the alliance where we are new in order to find the rescue of the current our competition which in the cool range, is protected.

oh yeah, here's my mutilated version. Japanese to English:

32 years passed from splendid war.  Shivans became extinct before half lives and what I am now lives in a magnificent grave of the history.  We succeed to an inheritance of a ghost wearing it about these wreckage.  An elder calls us lost generation.
I remembered a story of a city of a bright civilized society with the spire which reached the sun of the blue planet which had the huge sea of the people who had a myth of children of human nature of the eternity that watched fate of a race of embers (he / it) of a wasted star and (he / it) fear threw oneself in vacantness (he / it) of the space that there wasn't.  But I say unless our people have a present in states (he / it) satisfied by fear and the future that can merely dream of only past records (he / it).
What I am now creates a new alliance to guard a grave.
