That is an interesting article regarding an FBI e-mail scam going on right now. Read the article, it certainly is interesting, to say the least. I wonder how many illegal site viewers had a heart attack when they got an e-mail...

It's a brilliant idea, too, if the right people get it.
Wash: This landing's gonna get pretty interesting.
Mal: Define "interesting".
Wash: *shrug* "Oh God, oh God, we're all gonna die"?
Mal: This is the captain. We have a little problem with our entry sequence, so we may experience some slight turbulence and then... explode.

does anyone mind telling me in what manner they do send unsolicited e-mails to the public?
