There is a reason i've kept a line from TOL in my siggy since I joined, this being it.

While the names don't sound too familiar, im sure they were good.

I'm talkin' 'bout the two episodes that featured robert patrick.  In one of them an earth major named John Skokes was captured by some alien types earth people were fighting a losing war with, and taken to a cell with a woman (played by Nicole DeBoer, no less), who was being changed into an alien. The other episode was a sequel to that, and was about a bloody huge ship going to attack the aliens' homeworld with a doomsday weapon.

I think I remember the first one, but not the ending.  They stopped showing the Outer Limits over here ages ago (at least on terrestrial TV), though.

Albeit I do remember a pleasing frequence of nudity in that series.

EDIT; female nudity, may I add.

Bah. Didn't think too much of the first episode. The second one was okay though.

Best Outer Limits episode was of course their version of Larry Niven's Inconstant Moon where the moonlight is so strong one night that it's as strong as daylight and a guy realises that the only way that could happen is if the sun has gone nova and that basically he's got a few hours to live before dawn kills everyone.

As for the nudity it was nice enough but they had a habit of using it instead of plot in some episodes.

Oh yeah, that was frellin' incredible as well.

And the remake of I, Robot wasn't half-bad as well. Plus it had Leonard Nimoy in it

Yeah I liked that one too. There a few pretty good episodes in the Outer Limits but there's some real crap too.

I quite liked Twilight Zone too when they showed that one years ago. The episode by JMS about the woman in the mental institute because she couldn't stand to be near anything with a pattern on it was brilliant (and also the scariest thing I've ever seen). Funny thing was that I never knew that it was him who wrote it until years later when I decided to find out what it was called.

Twilight Zone was a bit too out there for me from time-to-time. Too much horror and too little sci-fi for me.

Still, what's the episode called? Time to fire up ol' E-Mule again.

Something In The Walls. It's was one of the more horror ones though.  One of the better horror ones of course :)

If I want to see Alyssa Milano naked I've got the net. No need to sit through 50 minutes of bad sci-fi :)
